Global investors are reassessing Indian equities as easing macroeconomic risks improve the country's investment outlook. Brent crude prices have declined nearly 42% from their April peak of USD 126.4 per barrel to around USD 73, reducing concerns over inflation and the current account deficit. Additionally, India-focused U.S.-listed ETFs have recorded their first net inflows in over a month. Market participants believe that a sustained recovery in corporate earnings growth to the mid-teens will be a key driver of stronger foreign investment into Indian equities.
