Over the past decade, the industry has grown more than six times—from ₹12 lakh crore in 2015 to ₹80 lakh crore in 2025—supported by expanding retail and institutional participation, regulatory reforms, and stronger digital distribution channels.
On Day 3 (February 11, 2026), investor interest in the IPO market remained selective yet positive. Fractal Analytics IPO was subscribed 2.81 times, led by strong institutional demand with the QIB portion at 4.41 times, while Retail and NII segments were just over 1 time. Aye Finance IPO was fully subscribed at 1.04 times, supported mainly by QIB participation at 1.62 times. Overall, the response reflects steady investor confidence, driven largely by institutional interest.
