India’s small-cap and mid-cap mutual funds saw record inflows in April 2026, with investors putting in ₹65.62 billion and ₹68.86 billion, respectively. The surge was driven by attractive valuations and strong corporate earnings after recent market corrections. Meanwhile, large-cap fund inflows declined, showing that investors are increasingly looking for higher-growth opportunities in smaller companies. Despite slight moderation in overall mutual fund inflows, retail investor confidence remains strong through continued SIP investments.
Bagmane Prime Office REIT was subscribed 24.96 times on Day 3, reflecting strong investor interest across categories. The QIB segment led the demand with 26.58 times subscription, followed by the NII category at 22.82 times. The retail investor portion also saw healthy participation during the public issue subscription period.
