One of the top improvers this year, India has risen 23 points to grab the 77th\u00a0place in the globally recognized index. On a similar note, in a recent Standard Chartered study on Emerging Affluent countries, India emerged as the most investment savvy Asian country, with two-thirds of the surveyed population using some kind of investment product.<\/p>\n<p>On the economic front, India and Japan have signed a bilateral currency swap agreement for up to $ 75 billion.
