Since 1991, the Nifty 50 Index has&nbsp;seen quite a few&nbsp;declines\nof -2% or more in a day.&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/kuvera.in\/blog\/what-to-do-when-markets-fall-2-in-a-day\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">On average, the index has a -2% down\nmove every 15 trading days.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mutual funds have added 5.3 lakh new folios in June<\/strong>, taking the overall folio count to 8.37 crore. Inflows from SIP held steady at  \u20b9 8,122.13 crores against \u20b98,183.09 crore in May. AMFI data shows that the MF industry had added, on an average, 9.32 lakh SIP accounts each month during the FY 2019-20, with an average SIP size of about \u20b93,000 per SIP account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Net inflows into equity schemes stood at  <\/strong> \u20b9 <strong>7,663 crores<\/strong> in June, showing steady growth this Financial year. In comparison, equity schemes witnessed net inflows of  \u20b9 4,608 crores in April and  \u20b9 5,407 crores in May 2019.
