The Company’s pipeline also includes pimasertib, an investigational, oral, highly selective small molecule inhibitor of mitogen-activated protein kinases 1 and 2 (MEK-1/-2). It has initiated an open-label, multicenter, phase Ib/IIa umbrella master trial, or FIRELIGHT-1, of tovorafenib as a monotherapy or in combination, which consists of two substudies. Substudy 1 is a phase IIa trial of tovorafenib as a monotherapy in patients 12 years and older. .
