Denali Therapeutics Inc. is a biopharmaceutical company. Its three late-stage development programs include tividenofusp alfa (DNL310) for mucopolysaccharidosis II (MPS II); BIIB122/DNL151 (LRRK2 inhibitor) for Parkinson’s disease; and DNL343 (eIF2B activator) for amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS). SAR443820/DNL788 (RIPK1 inhibitor) is being evaluated in a Phase II study for multiple sclerosis (MS). In addition, it has a Phase I/II study of TAK-594/DNL593 for frontotemporal dementia-granulin (FTD-GRN) and a Phase I/II study of DNL126 for MPS IIIA (Sanfilippo syndrome). .
