The Company operates through four business segments: Digital Assets Mining, Managed Services, High Performance Computing-Colocation and Cloud, and Other.

Its infrastructure portfolio includes about eighteen sites: nine Bitcoin mining, hosting, and Managed Services sites in Alberta, New York, Nebraska, and Texas, five high performance computing data centers in British Columbia and Ontario, and four power generation assets in Ontario. Its Managed Services business provides institutional partners such as digital asset mining site owners, governments, and data center developers an end-to-end partnership model for energy infrastructure development. .
