The investment seeks investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the price and yield performance of the ISE Junior Silver (Small Cap Miners/Explorers)™ Index. The fund invests at least 80% of its total assets in the component securities of the index and in ADRs and GDRs based on the component securities in the index.

The index tracks the performance of the common stock of small-capitalization companies actively engaged in some aspect of the silver industry, including companies that mine, explore or refine silver ("Junior Silver Companies"). The fund is non-diversified. .
