As of December 2025, the mutual fund industry’s Assets Under Management (AUM) reached ₹80.23 lakh crore, highlighting sustained growth in investor participation and rising preference for market-linked investments. Over the past decade, the industry has grown more than six times—from ₹12 lakh crore in 2015 to ₹80 lakh crore in 2025—supported by expanding retail and institutional participation, regulatory reforms, and stronger digital distribution channels.
On Day 3 (February 11, 2026), investor interest in the IPO market remained selective yet positive. Fractal Analytics IPO was subscribed 2.81 times, led by strong institutional demand with the QIB portion at 4.41 times, while Retail and NII segments were just over 1 time. Aye Finance IPO was fully subscribed at 1.04 times, supported mainly by QIB participation at 1.62 times. Overall, the response reflects steady investor confidence, driven largely by institutional interest.
IPO market momentum stayed positive on Day 3, February 11, 2026. Fractal Analytics IPO attracted strong interest, achieving 2.81x subscription, driven by robust institutional participation with the QIB segment at 4.41x, while retail and NII portions were fully covered.
