Consumer Price Index (CPI) Inflation rate rose to a five-month high of 7.41% in September 2022 and Wholesale Price Inflation (WPI) eased to 10.70% in September 2022, low from 12.41% for the previous month.
SIP inflows jumped 25% on Y-o-Y basis to hit an all-time high of Rs 12,976 crore in September’22 compared to inflows of Rs 10,351 crore in September’21. Total number of SIP folios jumped to Rs. 5.84 crore in September 2022 from Rs. 5.72 crore in August.
