HSBC AMC to fully acquire L&T Mutual Fund for Rs 3,192 crore. L&T Mutual Fund had average assets under management (AAUM) worth Rs 78,274 crore as at September quarter end, while HSBC MF had AAUM of Rs 11,314 crore
