SEBI has introduced an online filing system via the SEBI Intermediary Portal for reports under Regulation 10(7) of the Takeover Regulations, initially allowing parallel submission through email until May 14, 2025, after which online submission will be mandatory, with fee payments also integrated into the portal circular .
SEBI has revised the minimum application size for subscribing to Zero Coupon Zero Principal Instruments on the Social Stock Exchange from ₹10,000 to ₹1,000, effective immediately, to enhance investor participation and market development circular .
