The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has amended the LODR Regulations to ease ESG disclosures, introducing voluntary green credit disclosures, allowing assessment or assurance for BRSR Core, and deferring value chain ESG reporting by a year, with phased implementation for listed entities.
