SEBI has introduced a new framework under the SEBI Index Providers Regulations, 2024 to classify widely tracked market benchmarks as “Significant Indices” based on mutual fund exposure. The initiative aims to enhance transparency, strengthen governance standards, and improve investor protection amid the rapid growth of passive investing in India.
OnEMI Technology Solutions IPO was subscribed 9.96x by Day 3, with strong demand from QIBs (25.97x), followed by NIIs (6.91x) and Retail investors (2.13x). Bagmane Prime Office REIT issue size is ₹3,405 crore and includes both fresh issue and OFS. The issue closed on 7 May 2026, with listing expected on 15 May 2026 at a price band of ₹95–₹100 per share.
